   For first time sellers via an agent, we could not speak more highly of the team! Rob and Danielle were absolutely fantastic to deal with, fast clear communication aligned with top tier service resulted in an amazing pre auction offer after only 2 weeks on the market that honestly blew us away. The entire process was easy, actually ridiculously easy! Their ability to answer all our questions, even the silly ones helped keep our stress levels at ease.    From start to finish my wife and I felt as though we were in very good hands with Rob and the team at RW Papanui. The duty of care Rob and Dani showed along the journey, keeping us well up to date and informed was hugely valuable. There were never any pushy tactics administered. It was the experience we were hoping for from the outset after hearing horror stories elsewhere. The whole time felt genuine to us and we were well supported along the way through to the night of the auction and to the conclusion of the sale of our home. Even after selling our place, the assistance and service provided by Rob on our house hunt was nothing short of outstanding. He had already held up his end of the bargain selling our home but was only more than happy to help us with the next chapter and assisted in achieving an amazing result bidding for us at auction to win our next home! There was nothing to gain for Rob providing his time and expertise here but he did it regardless which wasn't lost on us at all. We cannot thank him enough on the journey from start to finish, the whole experience was pleasant.
