   Very rude interaction with the Indian store manager (didn’t catch the name). He refused to accept my NZ govt issued ID to purchase a single bottle of wine -- ID I have used elsewhere in NZ. He and his colleague were extremely aggressive) and I ended up leaving the entire order because I don't want to give this place my business. Too bad, as the store was otherwise spacious and the cashier had been nice.

   I travel to this Woolworths purely for the deli - the workers are always friendly and the sandwiches are well made and very tasty. Thanks to the staff that have put a lot of effort into the fresh food options.

   Huge carpark, big store but there doesn't ever seem to be anything good that makes it stand out, compared with other Woolworths stores. It's never been very busy when I've gone there (which is great), but as they only had one actual person working at a checkout, I guess everyone is expected to use the self service pay terminals. seems to me like a vending machine warehouse with aisles of vending machines with all supermarket items. from cheese to tuna & beer to tampons, paper plates and meat would work great. Then there no customer service training (not that I believe they train people in customer service nowadays) to bother about, just keeping them stocked would be key.

   Tonight I dropped a bottle of milk outside and took it back in dripping all over the place. The kind lady at the checkouts came to the door, took it from me and told me to get a replacement. She then asked for help to clean it all up. A young man came to help. I appreciate all that helped with this matter. I wasn't charged for the new bottle even though I tried to pay for it. I was told it was an accident and not to worry. Thanks again team and I am so sorry for the mess.
