   Extremely Disrespectful Service – Won’t Be Returning I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was so unpleasant that I feel obligated to share. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel unwelcome. I was greeted—not with a smile or a simple hello—but with a cold, dismissive stare, followed by an eye roll. As if that wasn't enough, the staff member let out a loud sigh before even speaking to me. The tone they used was flat-out rude, and there was no effort made to explain the menu or guide me through the ordering process. When I tried to place my order, I was asked what size I wanted. I said "small," only to be told that small wasn’t available. So I asked, politely, what sizes were available—and the response I got was nothing short of shocking: a sarcastic, irritated “ugh, what size?” as if my question was somehow a burden. At that point, I completely lost my appetite. I’ve never felt so disrespected as a paying customer. The attitude, the lack of basic courtesy, and the dismissiveness throughout the entire interaction made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with even the most basic level of respect.

   I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Roast Ease compels me to warn others. From the moment I walked in, the tone was set by the front-of-house staff—rushed, unfriendly, and frankly, rude. Simple questions about the menu were met with eye-rolls and curt replies, as though I were an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Unfortunately, the food did not redeem the service. What I ordered arrived suspiciously fast, and it quickly became clear why. The chicken dish I received was visibly undercooked, with a pink, gelatinous center that suggested it had barely seen heat. Against my better judgment, I took a bite before noticing. That was a mistake I paid for hours later with severe stomach cramps and nausea—classic symptoms of foodborne illness, likely salmonella. I informed the staff immediately, only to be met with indifference. No apology, no offer to replace the dish—just a shrug and a mumbled excuse about "how it's supposed to be cooked." At that point, I decided not to take any further risks and left. Between the hostile customer service and dangerously undercooked food, this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had. If you're considering eating here, I strongly urge you to think twice—for the sake of both your dignity and your health.

   The owner is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. They have an extensive menu with so many tasty options, everything we’ve tried has been delicious. After taking the kids to the Ninja Valley, we love grabbing a few dishes to take home. It’s quick, convenient, and the food stays fresh. A lifesaver on busy days!

   Ordered a small roast pork meal and requested for extra gravy. My meal turned into roast pork SOUP with the amount of gravy I was given. The gravy was extremely salty and I simply just couldn't finish my small meal. If you want roast go to Royal Roast instead. It's not fantastic but it's better than this.

   The place is small, inconspicuous and yet they served deceptively good Chinese food. I ordered the cold noodles with chicken- It was very fresh, the portion was generous and incredibly filling. And, the service was excellent and friendly. I highly recommend Roast Ease.

   Tried this place. Absolutely yummy, got the chicken and some chips. Best gravy I've ever had. Potatos were great and so was everything else. Chips were dam nice to. Went great with the gravy. Fanta was nice and cold. Will definitely get again. Delivery was on time and fresh. Got the large. Eyes were bigger than my stomach hahahaha

   Meat and potatoes were pretty decent, but overall slightly bland. Mixed vegetables felt a little overcooked in places. Could use a bit more flavour, but satisfying.
