They forgot to make one of the two burgers and didn’t give us a straw. All orders are served as takeaways — no trays available. Some of the seats are very uncomfortable and don’t have enough space.
Order screen isn’t working, it shows the error at end when you go to checkout screen - complete waste of time. If it is not working put the sign on or turn it off. Burger that was showing in that menu wasn’t available at the time of order. Slow staff service on till. PS: I am not going raise this with your URL, if you want you can copy the above feedback and fill it yourself mate.
It’s not the cleanliest Burger King I’ve been in. The floors weren’t sticky though! I just feel like a bit more attention needs to be put into looking around for rubbish. If I’m in there at 10am, the rubbish I’m finding is from the day before, or even longer.
Absolutely outrageous, I went there twice and saw a bun full of ants, I'm absolutely disgusted.
This is the 4th time going there that I get home and my chips is not in my bag it always used to be good but now for the last 2 weeks 8 have a problem with this. I spend 30 to 40 dollers there twice a week there .
This place has got to be the filthiest restaurant I've ever been too. Every table as well as the floor is full of grease. The floor is that slippery it's an actual hazard! If the visible part of the venue looks like that I don't even want to know the condition of the kitchen. Regional management of BK needs to take action and government authorities should visit, as this place is horrendous! This was the first time for me eating at a burger king in years and most likely the last for the coming years. Absolutely appalling.

Went to Burger King Taupo on 15th Dec. The music was so loud in the kitchen you couldn't hear the person serving you. Then I saw the person that served me making my burger, no gloves on. I ordered a Whopper Burger which definitely wasn't a "Whopper". It was disgusting!!! The chips weren't fresh, you could bend them in half. The drink machine had no ice so I had a warm drink. Definitely in no hurry to go back!!!!
