Chris and the team did an awesome job installing our new Norman Shutters! The whole house feels so much lighter and more stylish now. Super professional from start to finish – really happy with the result. Highly recommend!
I do not recommend this company at all. -They were an hour late for the first quote visit( without any notice). -They promised they’ll provide us a drawing but it was never provided after multiple follow ups, but every time they gave us excuses. -They first said their shutters are made in Tauranga, NZ. Including the parts has been imported from Europe. Eventually we found out it’s just made in China. It’s just lies after lies! -The person who installed the shutters was a nurse who’s only been doing it part time for 3 weeks. -It was a 16 week wait for 2 shutters from placing the order to installation. Including an incorrectly made shutter set delivered in the middle. -Another lie was their website claims they can air freight to speed up delivery but they refused after the first incorrect shutters and said it would void the warranty if they were air freighted. -Very poor communication through the whole process, they either not replying to our requests or giving irrelevant information which didn’t help at all. Too many red flags, I can keep going but in conclusion I would never recommend their service to anyone.
Thanks again for the wonderful job and your service which was excellent. The half shutters worked really well for privacy as our cottage is so close to the road as well as light control. They really added value and finish to our home.
Chris and the team installed some sun filter blinds at our sunny Pilates studio in Prestons Park - and we absolutely love them! Other than the practical side where they've made a huge difference in keeping the studio cool and providing a bit more privacy, they look super slick, are high quality and all service received from the team was quick and thorough. Highly recommend!
