   Out with the old and in with the new! James and his team did a great job replacing our old and leaking concrete tile roof with steel. Despite the challenges with the weather, James delivered what he promised and the new roof looks awesome. The team were always well presented and polite, and at the end of the job our property was left neat and tidy. If you are in need of a reroof, I would highly recommend you give James a call.

The job came with its fair share of challenges, from navigating steep terrain to working around complex roofing details. Despite the demanding conditions, the crew—including scaffolders—treated the site with exceptional care, showing the same respect and attention they’d give their own homes. They were particularly mindful of the surrounding fruit trees and made sure the property was left spotless each day, even after the removal of the old roof iron. The result is a striking transformation—the new roof, spouting, and flashings have not only modernized the appearance of the house, but also given us confidence that our home is protected for many years to come.

   James was really helpful and checked out my roof for free. He unfortunately didn't have the expertise to do the fix I needed but recommended some other companies who could so that was really helpful. Only minor issue is that he kept promising he'd turn up and then didn't, I totally understand people are busy and life happens but it was frustrating as I wouldn't hear anything and I had to follow up multiple times. I acknowledge I was on a short timeline and so was more desirous of a quick response than normal though.

   Poor communication. After arranging 3 different times to come assess for a quote and not turning up for any of them I gave up. A month later I received an email apology stating they had been very busy and things had slipped. While that is understandable and great that you’ve got plenty of work a simple email stating you didn’t have capacity at the time of the first scheduled appointment and would make contact when you did would have been appreciated. Time is valuable.
