   Two years and I am still waiting for my landscaping works to be completed. This has been the worst service and work I have come across. Andrew has ignored and left it to others to resolve rather than fronting the matter himself as the business owner. Decking has been put in and in initially looked great but was never oiled or sealed and all corners have blown out now. Concrete placed was finished terribly and I am still waiting for remedial work to be completed in an effort to fix or cover up the issues. I was quoted to have novaflow pipe installed behind my garage and for some reason it was just decided by Yardscape that they were not going to do it without consultation.Photos show poor finishing job where the down pipe was concreted over in error and then chipped out with patch fix totally different to concrete placed. Lawn that was placed without sufficient sand or pins lifted onto fence and sand pooled in one spot. Now the concrete has been ground back to have a 2-3mm capping placed onto to hide the poor works which I am sceptical of to say the least. I would not recommend to carry out any works.

   Poor and misleading communication from this company. We wasted 2 months of our time believing they were going to commence work in October only for them to advise workers had left and other unforseen circumstances meant they would not be able to start work until next year! Bearing in mind this was all after a second meeting with Andrew because he initially quoted us incorrectly for things we never requested. I called Astrid who simply apologised and said theres nothing they could do. Time wasters DONT NOT USE!!
