   If you purchase anything from shop be prepared to drive 10m to a warehouse where you might have to wait up to 30m to get your goods because of customers in front of you.

   We have had nothing but a horrible experience with I furniture and their warehouse. We purchased a bed that came damaged, we returned our parts that were damaged they then didn’t give us the bolts for the bed, we went to pick up the bolts and were then given the wrong ones. One of the parts that they replaced is damaged. This has been on going for a month now. We have simply requested the correct bolts and a replacement foot board and we don’t hear back ! I just called the call centre and the lady was nothing but rude, spoke over me and wouldn’t let me talk even when I had asked her to let me speak. And in the end I had to hang up due to her line going silent and her not speaking for about 4 minutes, I stayed on the line asking if she was there and saying hello hoping she would respond. We have done our part and paid for a bed we expected to be good quality. We’ve had to go back and fourth to a warehouse where only one worker speaks English the rest of the staff are rude just like the over the phone support. My partner made sure with the staff they’d given us everything and the man couldn’t answer and signalled for my partner to help him lift. We are very disappointed considering we’ve paid $400 and we have no bed as of current. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and quality. We should have our bed but instead we are left with out!! Hope to hear back from you guys soon to get this resolved.

   Absolutely rude staff (just the one) who brought us our item. Manager was good enough to explain (I guess as a way of an indirect apology) saying that it was because he didn't speak English. Now I'm not one of those "learn the language if you work here" type of people but I do believe that "kindness and professionalism is displayed by your actions more than your words", and bossing us around and straight up leaving us once he couldn't understand what we were saying and when we didn't understand his hand gestures is (for me) a clear sign of rudeness that goes beyond words. That is no way treat not just a customer but a person. Would've given 1 star if it wasn't for the good price for the quality of the product. Would buy again but would definitely not look forward to picking up an item unless I have a healthy dose of extra patience.
