   Amazing Move, Fantastic Team! ✨ I can't say enough good things about my experience with Grace Removals. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free, and it's all thanks to their incredible team. My journey began with Sally, who was an absolute gem. She was so wonderful in helping me arrange an on-site visit to get a quote. She was attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. The person who came to provide the quote was Tony, and he was just as great. Tony was warm, friendly, and incredibly nice. He walked me through everything, explaining exactly how the move would work and giving me a very fair and transparent quote. His professionalism and clear communication made me feel completely at ease. On moving day, Tom and Jeremy showed up and were simply amazing. They were the epitome of efficiency and care. They packed and moved all my belongings with such precision, and they were so patient and helpful in placing every box and piece of furniture in the correct rooms at my new home. Their positive attitude and willingness to help with every little detail made a huge difference. I highly recommend Grace Removals to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company.    Great moving company, would use again for sure.. moved from Canterbury to the West Coast and Tony was awesome, very helpful and very responsive to emails, the 2 young fellas who moved our stuff were very good to deal with and was also the cheapest (of the few companies who bothered getting back to me) also. The entire team went above and beyond... will use again for our next move for sure.... Thanks again Tony!

   Great service from Grace removals. We had a large house lot to remove and but into storage while we wait for our house to be rebuilt. The movers were quick, efficient, professional & pleasant to talk to. So far everything has been great, will see how it goes when our house is rebuilt and we move our stuff back in!

   Paid Grace removals to move a small house lot of furniture from central Christchurch 25kms out to Selwyn district. Their “most experienced” removal man arrived with a bad attitude, was dismissive and rude before leaving his junior team to finish loading the truck never to be seen again. On arrival at new address 2 hours later 3 appliances had been damaged and a piece of a cabinet lost. Owners of Grace removals offered no compensation and not even an apology for the appalling lack care taken. We are now having to make a claim on our insurance for the damaged items with a $1000 excess. This was a cheaper option than the $1000+ insurance policy Grace tried to stitch us up with for the move. Horrible experience would never recommend.

   Grace were fantastic helping with this EQC rebuild move-house-to-store : move-store-to-house project. Thanks to the moving crew for the thorough and careful packing, handling and redelivery. Thanks to their management for handling rescheduling of the redelivery due to EQC delays. And thanks to the office team for steering and supporting me through all of it. Highly recommended.

   Jeremy, Al and Stuart were the finest gentleman I have met doing such a great job on the day and were so pleasant and friendly. It is also clear they had excellent training because I could clearly see that each move was carefully thought out and extra care was taken with all our household goods they moved as if it were their own. Jeremy was a master in the moving plan and knowing what to pack first to the last item. They were also very mindful how to keep our home clean whilst moving. I hope Grace recognizes these team members in the value they added to the brand and you recognize and reward them appropriately. I will as a result recommend Grace to my friends and family as a result of my experience.
