   I am moving back overseas to Australia from New Zealand & have had the pleasure of having Lauren assist me. Lauren has gone above & beyond to make this move easy for me, as I've never had enough belongings to need a shipping company before. Lauren has been absolutely exceptional from the very beginning, helping me to pack properly, what to use to be more cost effective with packinging to make the square metres smaller, to helping me understand the insurance benefits, filling out the forms & making my invintory numbering & stickers for the boxes an easy process. I would recommend Transworld International Removals to anyone looking for a reputable company with an absolutely fantastic business woman to help you with your move, to make it as stress free as possible & at an affordable & competitive price. I can't thank Lauren enough for all she has done for me, as it was a daunting task when I was looking for the right company, that turned out to be a stress free experience.    We have moved from NZ to NSW using Transworld in NZ and receiving partner is OSS in NSW. I have previously used another company from WA to NZ but the service was just not as great as Transworld/OSS. The packing was meticulous by the Transworld staff. I understand there is bound to be a minute number of damages at this level of relocation but in the grand scheme of things, they did a fantastic job. Organising the delivery by OSS case manager can be improved by ways of communication, but it was no biggie. Delivery by OSS was prompt, and the guys were professional, friendly, and courteous. I will recommend this company.
