The food here has always been great, the chicken is always cooked very well and is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The staff are also very lovely and eager to help you out if you are unsure or have any questions. I only ever eat here when I come to the Hornby Mall.
Delicious food- best chicken I’ve had in while, especially at a shopping centre. The staff were also very friendly. I want to try everything on the menu now- new side quest!
Great tasting chicken. Chicken flaming hot is mild, probably for kiwis to enjoy it. Personally I would enjoy it hotter
The chicken is really tasty, not oily at all! A nice on the go meal or a good fast casual
I've been there several times. The taste was ok. But the chicken was always somewhere between cold and lukewarm, 10 times out of 10 visits. On top of the problem of cold chicken, I learned that you have to keep food either hot or cold, or there is a high chance of food poisoning which is a concern. I hope I can get warmer chicken on my next visit :)
Super yum meal and great quality and quantity for money wish this was where I lived as I'd be there every day. Also I would love to have cheese on mine I'm a big cheese fan. The staff are great and very friendly

Your staff were absolutely wonderful - so helpful, smiley, and positive. Unfortunately I was surprised and disappointed to find that the chicken I'd been looking forward to was not good at all. I came in on a Tuesday at 12:45. The chicken was largely batter with little chicken, and what chicken I did get was almost cold and chewy/dry The rice was nice and warm with perfect texture and the salad was fresh and delicious too.
