Since when do you batter chicken Nibbles. They were awful!!! And pretty sure my steak and onion pattie wasn't, was more like potato!!! Dad's mushroom burger had very little mushroom and the Hawaiian burger had very little cheese. Won't be going back.
Chips are nice and definitely my favorite fish out of Hornby fish n chip shops!! Got half a scoop and a fish for $7 which was perfect for lunch.
Best chips this side of town with a good serving size for the price unlike the others nearby. Have to give it 5 stars for atmosphere inside as i wouldn't expect anything else from a NZ Fish & Chip shop
That was not fish behind the batter. Crabsticks so expensive. Do not recommend.

A great cheap feed. I'm a hearty eater and 2 fish and a whole scoop of chips was too much.
Chips were ok, meat patties are fill with more potato then meat but there crab stick are the best i have tried in Christchurch.
Would not recommend. Can only assume old oil was the cause behind inedible chips, with what must be old fish by the putrid smell.
