   These guys are more than amazing. So helpful, so careful, and so quick! Ali, Lorraine and Kate packed our very large house double quick and very neatly. Tom Paul, Aragon, jed, Ryan and Noah picked it up, packed it in the truck like a well fitted jigsaw, and then delivered it promptly and so quickly. They put everything back together and where it needed to be. I can't speak highly enough of this group of people.

   We moved from Hamilton to Pegasus early December. Debbie who visited us initially to work out a quote was amazing to deal with. Her communication skills were excellent, she was extremely helpful and gave us great advice and information. In the two days packing up, the friendly, efficient and careful team at the Hamilton end were fantastic. Richard packed up the kitchen and did an amazing job. Fish and the other team members (forgot names) were also amazing. Everything was packed exceptionally well!!! We couldn't have asked for better. Great service from Andrew, Aragon and Arthur who unloaded the truck when it arrived in Pegasus. They worked extremely efficiently, were very careful, organised, friendly and cheerful. Once boxes were all unpacked, it was just a simple phone call to the office and the boxes were all collected within a few days. Great service. From start to finish our move couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thank you NZ Van Lines.

   Well done guys! Right on time for picking up our furniture and boxes. Packing was nice and careful. Guys very carefully wrapped up our bedroom furniture into a bubble wrap and been handling it like their own. Positive and hardworking guys, big thanks to Zac, Jet and Rob who’s been amazingly singing while handling our boxes. Also a big thanks to Andrew, who’s been dealing with all the paper work and quotes for a professional and very friendly attitude. Highly recommended and appreciated the all efforts team.

   We did the move with my partner from Auckland to Christchurch and although this type of service is a bit expensive for us at first I didn't trust much but the team that was with us in Auckland was excellent, I don't remember the name of one of the guys who told me "go have a coffee, relax and stay calm, we'll take care of it" it was relieving, it took the time they told us, (it was even faster than we expected) in total 11 days, and when our things arrive to Christchurch they unloaded the truck quickly and carefully, only a piece of furniture was hit that was to be expected, (a small hit that is not visible) but our TV and delicate things arrived very well. Overall our experience was very good, the people were very friendly and if we move again we would choose them again without a doubt.

   As we unpack our house we add to the list of items broken beyond repair. Another two precious pictures found smashed today. All the insurance policies in the world can't replace the precious paintings and items that they (van lines) have smashed. Then they make comment that they can't find me in there system. What rubbish. In fairness the Christchurch depot only delivered the household lot the pickup in the North Island, same company but. After 8 mths I'm still fuming from the total disregard this firm had for our precious content. People you are warned, oh and what good will looking into it do. Won't bring back the broken household.
