   Went in store to place an order and they gave it to someone else. So they made our order again... But forgot to cook the fries so our burgers got cold while the fries were cooking... Ended up with hot chips and cold burgers and our cheese dipping sauce wasn't even half full. It looked like a bunch of amateurs. Also I didn't see a single glove being used so I hope they weren't picking their nose before I arrived

   Got a double American Muscle burger from here 3 times now. Each time it's been dry, over cooked and poorly assembled. I've had nothing but positive experiences at the Frankton store over the years, hence giving 5xroads chance after chance. Not to mention they can't mix a milkshake properly and they forgot my aioli 2/3 times now. Waste of money and waste of time. 0/5

   Made an online order back in June for pick up. They missed a whole meal. Called up to let them know they missed a meal. They said it was because of their system.. Offered a refund back into the account.. but never received it.

   I listed on my order to not have any ailoi, and that I am allergic to tomatoes. Naturally I ordered a burger without any of these things and they bring me a burger with said sauce and tomatoes. The service here isn't just unprofessional its downright dangerous to disregard allergies like that. Truly the most disappointed I've been in any places customer service.

   NZ original gourmet burger: this slogan describes well this food chain. Burgers are delicious, well prepared and seasoned. The store was clean and in decent conditions. Staff courteous and fast. Great mandatory pitstop for a hunger soul.
