   I’ve been a regular customer of this place for a long time, but I had a very disappointing experience recently when I took my family there for the first time. My brother went inside to get a spare box and was even ready to pay for it, but one of the staff members rudely asked, “What will you do with this?” and then said, “Did you pay? It’s not free!” That kind of behavior was completely unnecessary and very embarrassing, especially in front of my family. I never expected this kind of attitude from a shop I’ve supported regularly. It really ruined our experience. Sadly, I’d rate it 0/10 and will not be visiting again unless the management takes proper action to ensure their staff treat customers with respect.

   Mithaiwala s product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. It’s South Indian Menu and Sweets are my favourite . food is so yummy and fresh and all the Sweets made by Deshi Ghee. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.
