Ordered a gluten free wrap. In other subways the people will ask do u want me to change my gloves and wipe the bench down? Not at this subway from Amira, grabbed a gluten free wrap with gloves she was using to handle the bread and then when asked to change her gloves and get another wrap I was met with attitude. I know more than enough it's annoying but it's still the staffs duty to provide care for people with allergies. Not sure if lack of care or lack of training here. The guy was good tho did it without asking and was friendly. Overall bad experience.

Going there is like a roulette. You might get served timely. Or you might stand there like statue while the only 1 staff member prepares $100+ worth of subway. The cookies might be perfect. Or they might be undercooked, soft and fall apart in your hands

Anyone can make a sandwich!... Just not the two ladies down here today. I've never seen anything done so slowly in my life.. Painful to watch.. Hoping it was all just a joke. If you have a whole day to spare, head along! Maybe order on Monday to collect on Sunday.

Took 20 minutes from the moment I walked in until I paid. There were two people in front of me. The staff were so slow, people were walking out, even after they had ordered. Then the staff couldn't work out how to redeem my free birthday cookie and drink email, so I couldn't use that. Absolutely unbelievable service, unless the staff improve I definitely won't be back and I'd say there will be more customer walk outs

This was sheer delight to enter these beautiful premises so clean and shinyβ¦. Oh and the service I couldnβt fault it. And adding to this my order was for a gluten free wrap. The response and knowledge for putting together gluten free protein veges salads sauces condiments etc was no less than perfectly executed This was Monday the 14th in the evening where the two staff members on duty made my experience so easy for me in this allergy situation which Iβd so often not the case They were right into knowing what was gluten free every step of the way My mood was definitely lifted that day

Subway is subway, you know what you're gonna get... But wow, not here! The service is terrible. Honestly, I blame the store manager because, surely, that must be the cause of the disgruntled employees and rotten service they give. It's been a couple times now and no matter how polite I am by smiling, saying please, thank you and have a nice day... I get nothing but sour attitude and no smiles... Just wow. It's like I'm the employee and they are the grumpy customer! Edit: Went there this evening and the staff are different. Quite friendly and pleasant.

Feeling violated, decided I felt like some subway for lunch so thought I should door dash it, surely quick and easy. Nope. It stated online that this subway was online so thought all good, and eh to the 50 minute wait. But boy oh boy, wasnβt until I had waited 30 minutes that the restaurant DECLINED my order?!?! Surely after 5 minutes you would think maybe we should decline this order. But nope , I was absolutely furious couldnβt believe it. Cant be that hard to make one singular meatball sub. NOT HAPPY SUBWAY.

No stars and after I read some responses from other customers I believe everyone was accurate. I, myself as a business owner if my employee's customer service that bad then I will probably initiate official procedure. I observed employee at this restaurant how rudely interacting with customers. I am sorry, I won't be going back and I won't recommend anyone should if you care about own dignity. I remember ages ago I got served by an Indian Manager. He was welcoming and respectful with customer. PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER TO RESPONSE ME OR TRYING TO GIVE AY EXCUSES AS I AM CERTAIN THAT I WOULD NOT GO BACK EVER AGAIN.
