Excellent job fitting our carpet by Richard. Fitted 2 large lounges and dining area by himself, helped moving large furniture all with minimum fuss. Well done Richard.
Excellent service from estimate to finished product. We had both laminate and carpet. Fixed a small patch for us that a previous carpet layer had done and which was really obvious. Flooring Xtra guys redid the patch and now it is barely noticeable. Installers were all professional, polite and respectful. Even vacuumed the carpet when finished! Would definitely recommend based on our experience.
Flooring Xtra Rangiora, What an incredible job you have done from helping select the correct flooring to installation. You guys go above and beyond. Nothing was a problem and you always kept in touch with email, texts and phone calls. You help with the preparation of the floor and I can tell you our foundation was terrible but you sorted it. Filled holes and smoothed every surface. You even managed to keep the dust to a minimum, everything tidy and clean. Beautiful flooring from one end of the house to the other. Thanks again to Tracey, Grant and all the staff at Flooring Xtra Rangiora.
Would NOT recommend! Issue after issue! When you're paying thousands for carpet and laminate flooring you expect a job well done. The installer undercut the skirtings way too much so this looks like a terrible finish. They have been back x3 times to fix the flooring yet the laminate floors stil have visible openings in them - and I'm told this is normal... how it's normal and still meant to be watertight I don't know. My only regret is choosing to go with flooring xtra Rangiora.
We were recommended, here and had a wonderful first time carpet buying experience. They worked hard to accommodate our timeline, and their installer did an excellent job!
Worst customer service ever. Hounded to get deposit paid and once they had deposit they had zero interest in making sure they could install carpet in a timely manor or even give a date! Kept citing staff shortages and covid and all manor of excuses. Finally got a date “sometime in the next month” was final straw. Asked for refund and rebooked with another company. They supplied and installed within a week.
Rude people, very condescending towards elders. Not recommended.

Awesome service and great finish! Thanks to Jamie and the team for getting our job done when they said they would. Shane did a great job with the laying, and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along. They were still there at 6.00pm on a Friday night to make sure they got it all done, and with no grumbles. We can only but highly recommend Flooring Xtra Rangiora!
