Before choosing Stroud Homes Christchurch North, we walked through countless new show homes & were talking to many builders. After meeting Jamie for the first time, it was clear for us that the quality and attention to detail was at the next level. And in the following time we appreciated the amount of consideration into being as cost effective as possible given the size of our plans. Jamie’s professionalism has given us a sense of confidence from the very beginning on a project that caused us great concern as we lived and worked in Auckland. We never had a doubt they would make the best choice for us when we could not be there. As our job winds to a close now, we wanted to thank Jamie & Indy and all the others like James & Jacob for the excellent work they have done on our new home. It was always easy to get in touch with them, we received an update weekly and we always got a quick respond to any questions that came up. Outstanding was for us the support we got when private matters in Auckland added an extra challenge. They really have gone the extra mile (s) for us. We are so impressed with how they have built our home from the idea in our heads to reality. Every day we are more enthralled. Like most people building at this time we were on a strict budget with no wriggle room, we had met with several builders and Stroud Homes was our last stop. After meeting Jamie and Indy we knew exactly who we wanted to build our home. The black and white quote was a bonus. Right from our first meeting we felt at ease and the build continued that way. It has been easy, stress free and fun. Communication was great! We absolutely love our new home and really appreciate how hard the team worked to get us in on time! Thanks again guys!! From day 1 Jamie and Indy have been so dedicated as to what Greg and I wanted in our new house at Amberley. If it wasn’t for our daughter Karen talking us into going with Stroud Homes we may have missed out and gone with - dare I say it - a company less flexible. We are nearing the end of our build now with a few more weeks to go and can’t wait to finally move in. We can’t praise Stroud Homes enough for what they are achieving for us and Karen - who incidentally is building next door- don’t know whether that is a good thing or bad thing!!
