   Tim and the team at Code Construction were incredible to work with. They guided us through our house rebuild project from the very beginning—planning and drafting, right through demolition and construction. Two years on, we’re still absolutely stoked with the result. We’ve only had a couple of very minor issues since moving in, and Tim has been quick to sort them out every time. The attention to detail throughout the build has really paid off—we keep noticing small things that make a big difference in day-to-day living. We’ll definitely be back with Code Construction for our next project. Highly recommend!

   Pretty neutral on the overall work completed. Bathroom walls were not finished with appropriate Gib (ie aqualine) and have grown mold. Some small sections of tiling are not square and are ungrouted. Plasterer subcontractor failed to use adequate dropsheets and timber floors were covered in plaster. Leak repair to garage roof still leaks, albeit much less than previously. Quote was also incorrect as GST wasn’t correctly calculated which added another few hundred on. However wardrobe spaces are fine and doors which were added are still square and true.

He's on-time, very honest with quoting and understood the brief perfectly. Not living in NZ, he kept me in the loop with photos and up to date with progress regularly which I appreciated. I'm extremely happy with his work and would have no hesitation in recommending him. I plan to use him again in the future.

   High standard of work, great pricing and got the job done fast! Couldn't be happier after using this company to build our car port and do work on our house. The builder was very friendly, made good suggestions and was crystal clear with us about pricing throughout the whole project. We new what were were getting and the pricing was great without any mysterious expenses popping up like so many builders do. Will continue to use these guys from here on out. 100% Would recommend.
