We had bowls here. The food and plating was good, however the service moves very slowly. The fried shrimp which are paid as extras were soggy, dropping the start rating to 3.
Clicked on the regular bubble tea, with obvious tapioca pearls in the photo and paid for it. Was given just milk tea with the pearls missing. The kiosk was misleading and problematic as the coffee button was also not working. Wish the system had more thought and clarity in it so customers get what they pay for.
Usually love ancestral, but today I paid $11 for a large brown sugar milk tea with coconut jelly and it did not go well. First I got a small, when I took it back they replaced with a large but it was cold and had tapioca pearls, and then I think they straight up tipped out the cold milk because all the brown sugar was gone and it was just hot milk with coconut jelly and tapioca pearls (I didn’t want tapioca pearls). I didn’t want to go back a third time so I just left but I was quite sad not to get the treat I’d splashed out on and looked forward to. The woman at the counter was kind about it but it would really help to just read the order.
The main food place in the Rutherford building. It gets really busy here at peak times. Food is really good and a good ambience is there.
The people who serve can't read instructions. We ordered buttered, no butter in muffin, no marshmallow in hot choc. Iced mocha half full of ice. Wouldn't recommend and will avoid next time. Guess students have a lower food standard. Didn't get a text message that order was ready either. Room for improvement
Scanning the menu, I found myself wishing for a few more pages. Where's the sequel? Also put more flavour to your food.
Very expensive for a place serving students but it's probably the best place for food on campus. Also the coffee is really good for what it is.
Staff are so lovely and respectful. Literally the best coffee I have ever had, made to such a high standard.
This was my regular for 3 years. Food isn't super cheap but is really nice. I'd recommend the mie Goreng. Good place to take visiting academics.
Much much better than expected, not sure about their coffee which seemed really popular among students, but their bubble tea and noodle soup, rock solid! Only wish they offered more noodle choices on their menu.
