We so lucky to have this store in our lil town. Service is excellent. Bought a fan and was faulty. Brought it back 3 days later and a sales lady stayed on the phone to customer service till was sorted and the lady that sold it to me was also so supportive. Got a replacement. Happy days. Much appreciated for your hard work team.

Excellent service from Harrison and the team. Needed a new fridge urgently and called in to Heathcotes. Wow. What brilliant service. Even on Waitangi Day they were able to deliver to us 40 mins away and take the old one away. Heading back there tomorrow for a vacuum.
