Initially I had no idea what I really wanted but with the help of the staff I was able to make a great decision. It wasn't just about the colour or style, as they advised about practicalities as well. They provide a very quick and efficient ordering service, with tiles available within a week. A superb service overall.

Tile Space Hamilton has a great range of wall and floor tiles along with an excellent range of beautiful statement tiles. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I found the perfect tiles for my ensuite.
Didn't have what I wanted. Staff was great made inquiries for me but the supplier quoted double the amount when I was at a similar store making the same quote. Just felt like daylight robbery for such a small area $4500. For an outdoor entrance way.
Customer service is everything - often the defining quality that attracts and retains custom. I called at Tile Space to enquire about tiles for a renovated bathroom. I was provided with samples but, when I asked for advice on the extent to which I should tile (as in area of wall) received the response 'it's just what you want'. I went to another tile store and in response to the same question, was asked if I had the bathroom plans and then received fantastic advice on what I could do. Result? I went with them. When I dropped the sample tiles back to Tile Space the assistant took then and didn't ask whether I wanted to see more or make any enquiry - pity, missed opportunities.
Selected and paid for tiles on 2nd November 2016 and was told I could pick them up on December 15th. That day rolled around, I heard nothing. That's because my tiles had been sold to a large commercial job. I was told they would find a few sheets and get them to me today for my shower niche. I was going to have to wait until next year until I could get the rest. I've heard nothing. I have designed my interior around that tile. The wallpaper that complements it is hung. We need to have a completed renovation to have our home valued, mortgage increased, to pay for these renovations. Due to that I can wait until next year. That and being heavily pregnant I have already lived with cold water, no shower and a port-a-loo for 2 months now. I'm not waiting another 6 weeks! No apology was offered. I have had to ask for my refund.
