   Horrible experience with management. Emails, texts, calls and a simple request for a delivery docket all went unanswered. During a dispute she was unavailable for over 2months and nobody was able to help me in her absence. We had to reschedule tradies leaving us with an unusable bathroom in a house of 5. Ended up going to another supplier in order to complete our renovations. Would never recommend.... ADDED In response to your reply....my issue was nothing to do with any policies. I do understand the delivery was made a long time ago during ever changing covid restriction levels which ceased any progress in renovations, and in good faith we did not open every box to check the contents, hence the issue not being picked up earlier. It was only picked up at the time of scheduled installation once we were able to get tradies in. We were NOT provided a delivery docket at the time of delivery nor on request. The document you finally supplied to me was just a copy of my order which also failed to mention some of the goods that were actually delivered a few days later. My issue is that it took over 2 months of multiple in-office visits, texts, calls and emails before anyone was available to contact me. My issue is the substandard level of customer service provided after you had been paid. I hope any future customers do not have to experience this and that they are more careful than to go on good faith. Furthermore, you did not offer a solution like mentioned. The only solution was to purchase goods from another supplier.

   Great place to shop for bathroom and kitchen renovations. Very friendly service with reasonable prices. I have used this place multiple time and always happy with their products.
