Gosh, I had given up on cheese since going plant based. Epic Food has finally cracked the code to produce amazingly authentic tasting plant-based cheese. My favourites are Cumin, Peri-Peri, Garlic Chives and Smoked Cheddar. They remind me of the Dutch varieties of Gouda I enjoyed (and missed so much). If you like those flavours, you will love Epic Food's varieties. Cheese Boards are finally back on the menu when I host friends.
