Very odd business. Went in today, we looked around, no staff to be seen at all, could here laughing and chatting from the back but no one came out to offer any assistance what so ever. Very unusual way of doing business and not impressed... Retail is about showtime people, and customers like a bot of your product Knowledge.

Fantastic customer service. I went in there with a newborn and a toddler and the super helpful staff member there kindly found the charcoal I needed and put it in my car for me. It was a small gesture but so hugely appreciated. They have a great range of products there as well.

Great knowledge and experience from attendant. He said he does competition cooks so I trust his recommendations and he seems a straight up guy.
Purchased a Big Green Egg which was over $2000NZD but received no support with no access to spare parts. On a positive note they have a good range of bbq products as well as rubs and sauces.
