Prices are insane.I understand that Dairys usually charge more but cheapest option for salt was $7 for a Pam's 700g in a shaker - which is $2.49 at Pak N Save & not much more at New World & even less at Woolworths for their essentials brand. That's a hefty mark up!
Been here a couple times now and the old lady likes to charge and extra $1 everytime i go there. I call her out and get my dollar back, but next time, she does the same thing again. Chickens good but charge what the price says.
Prices of certain things are nothing short of daylight robbery, The staff have a fake smile with a fake chipper attitude with a patronizing tone of voice, they will make you wait for extended periods to do their own duties out the back knowing full well you are waiting its almost done intentionally, and some of the locals who use the place have a self entitlement that allows them to push in front of others when waiting in line.
I've lived in Glenview for 3 years and been to this dairy 3 times and every single time I've gone there (I assume it's the same lady) the lady there who's name i just found out was Jojo has been the most wonderful person. She is always nice and her happiness is contagious. Thank u for being u x
Best chicken and chips when they have just been cooked other wise a Very Great Conversant STORE
Great little dairy, well stocked, a little bit cramped for space, they have nice chicken and chips combo's, service is always friendly, handily placed with a laundromat, hairdresser, bakery and takeaways shop in the group of shops.
