   Div Harrison agent for 100 Te Rito St Marshlands, Christchurch . Div was/is absolutely thorough in EVERY aspect from start to completion. Very informative and excellent communication throughout. A problem solver and we would totally recommend Div to friends, neighbours and community. Totally trustworthy and in every way consultative and informative. Huge appreciation and acknowledgement of Div’s professionalism. 10/10. We had hoped the property would have fetched a stronger price however, the Market Value vs GV was informative and set our minds at ease.

   Above and beyond! Everyone talks about home ownership being exciting, but the reality is scary, competitive and overwhelming for first timers like us. Jeff was phenomenal in his role, taking care of both his vendor and us, his buyers. We were made to feel comfortable and like our journey mattered. His guidance on the contracts and in and outs of purchasing, helped immensely by taking the stress out of understanding it all. I watched with total appreciation as he treated the elderly vendor with care. Helping bring both parties together and solidifying not just a sale, but a beautiful and thoughtful process both sides of the fence. I could not recommend Jeff anymore as an agent, so much so that we’re excited to invite him back one day, just so he can see what we do with our new home. Lisa dealt with our auction as we are absentee owners, she arranged every single aspect of the marketing campaign and staging required without any hands on involvement from us as we are in the North Island.    Personable and professional. Christine was great! We didn't have our residency yet, but expected it any day. Unfortunately, we didn't get it until after the deadline. Christine was very responsive and served the seller and us well by letting us know that while there was an accepted offer contingent on the sale of the buyer's house, the seller had an escape clause if a better offer came along. So she encouraged us to keep the house in mind if we got our residency soon. We did and the rest is history!!

   Great communication, perseverance and transparent. We had a really long selling process with three fallen sales, all due to unforseen circumstances. Whilst we were discouraged, we were kept up to date with progress with amazing communication. Victoria was always positive and tried to find alternative solutions when the buyer market had become so limited. She persevered and ensured follow up was done both with us and all potential purchaser's. She is a super professional agent who was always respectful of our time and lives with children.
