He goes to great lengths to follow up on interest and literally every party that comes through an open home is followed up on extensively. He recently secured for us a multi bid sale at auction despite being at a low point in the market and delivered an extremely good outcome. Most impressively he is genuine, honest, transparent and very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

   If you only read one real estate agent google review in your life - let it be this one! Stuart Morris and his team are absolutely second to none. We put Stu and the team under a fair amount of pressure to sell our home within a tight time frame so we could relocate to Sydney, and they didn’t disappoint. Stu was 100% professional in all dealings with us. We were nervous about the Auction process and Stu handled our ‘what if it doesn’t sell’ freak outs perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble. If you’re looking for an honest appraisal, sound market advice and top dollar for your property then Stu is your man. Real estate aside, he’s just a really decent bloke, with a cracking sense of humour. We can’t recommend him highly enough.
