Highly recommend . Couldn't have been happier. Was honest in his appraisal, went above and beyond finding out information about our property that we were unaware of in regards to the consenting of the wood burner which made our property more desirable. Smooth and transparent buying process! As a buying purchasing from overseas, I found Di's approach to the purchasing process to be invaluable. She went out of her way to take additional videos and providing information explaining the property. Her communication was prompt, accurate and clear. She continuously made sure conversations were followed up in writing and my questions were responded to quickly. She made time to walk through the contract clause by clause before I signed it and took all of my queries seriously. I felt confident in trusting Di throughout the process and that she was working to deliver a great outcome for both myself and the seller equally. She also made sure the pre settlement inspection was incredibly thorough and organized as well. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Di again and would highly recommend her.
