We went further than the usual picnic place to get away from the crowd. There is a playground and a place for picnic, and very few people.
So beautiful. Cool place to swim. Safe for kids, nice sand bottom, starts shallow and increases slowly to the boundary. Approx 1.3m at deepest (summertime). Good parking and has playground too.
Relaxing and safe spot to swim. Plenty of space on the grass along the lake side as well as on the level leading from the carpark. Make sure to bring sun umbrellas or gazebo for shade as there aren't trees beside the lake.
Nice park, clean, tidy lawns cut, playground, tables, walk along the river very nice
Had a lovely walk around. Will bring the grandkids next time.
A beautiful place to walk your dogs or have a swim or picnic. Plenty of parking and a public toilet (long drop).
