   Be warned the quality of the pizza has changed dramatically. Made for a very disappointing pizza order. Staff at the domino’s did not seem very concerned when I brought this up. Edit: went in today to give them a second chance, still not a fan of this Dominos the staff aren’t very friendly and pizza is inconsistent. Highly recommend Shirley Dominos, well worth the extra drive.

   Placed an online order through the Domino's app and it took them more than an hour to get it delivered. Didn't even bother to call and let me know why they are getting late, when I called they said some stupid excuses that makes no sense like uber eats driver picked it up and didn't deliver. Didn't even apologize for being 45 minutes late than the delivery time shown when placing the order

   Home of the most WOEFULLY made ham and cheese pizza I have ever seen. Indifferent staff at best, openly hostile at worst. Have taken away pizza many times, as its closest to home, but will start looking elsewhere to actively avoid this shop.

   How can the same pizza (supreme with cheesy crust) look totally different between the two store. For one, the pizza from Shirley store was better presented and tasted better. The one from Preston’s store looks like it’s thrown together without and care or thought put into it. This is not the first time I’ve had issues which is why I ordered from the Shirley store just to see if it was better. And it was. Preston Road Domino’s, you clearly need to be retrained on how to make a pizza presentable.

   Truely shocking. Dominos is doing 50% off this weekend - didnt realize that would mean we would get half the pizzas with no toppings or half a portion of fries. Can't imagine that is allowed!!!

   Horrible service and food. Ordered a vege trio pizza and it was horrendous. the pizza was dry and had no flavour whatsoever. Was basically just bread and the tiniest amount of veges... no cheese to be found or tomato paste. The service was horrible too.

   Second time they forgot toppings on our pizzas. All you get is a ‚sorry we are busy at the moment we’ll give you a credit for next time‘ which doesn’t happen. Pizza arrived cold, only 5 prawns on the whole pizza, barely any cheese an none of the extra topping I paid for. Last time there were no olives on the Godfather pizza and almost no pepperoni on the Pepperoni pizza. Seriously the worst Dominos in town!!

   This branch is horrific. I ordered food and i got the priority delivery. They were over the time frame for that one by 20mins. BUT what they did is turned it off prior to it finishing (This was said by the store manager when i called the day after). So on my end it said it will be here and then it just stopped so i thought they cancelled my order as i did pay upon delivery. So i had to order food from somewhere else. The worst of it is the order arrived after ordered other food and i still had to pay after the poor communication. (i only paid because i felt so bad for the poor delivery lady and i did not want to have a good at her as it is not her fault) I get that sometimes things happen and you can't control it, but the experience i have had with this branch on different occasions has really turned me away from this. The branch has so much potential but not with this type of management.
