   I stayed in room number 1 for two nights. Check in gopd people very nice and friendly, quick and easy check in. .1 bedroom, Small kitchen to cook dinner and lounge, separate bathroom and celebrate bedroom. Was a good size. Friday night, had cars racing up amd down the main road, people on the footpath yelling and screaming. Had a realy badsleep last night. Saturday night, people walking passed can hear them talking and again cars racing up amd down the road with fast acceleration from lights. Very noisey. I got hardley any sleep. I just wanted to leave and go stay somewhere else case it's 1155pm and I'm still awake because of all the noise. The room is good but outside the motel is not due to the noise. Don't stay in room number one. Not sure what the noise level in the other rooms are like.

   Stayed one night with my husband to attend the Canterbury Boxing Championships. This motel is south of the city centre, a 15 minute walk from town, near the new stadium in a quiet neighbourhood. We arrived around 9am and intended to store our luggage there until checkin. The manager graciously let us checkin then and there as the room didn’t need servicing. We were incredibly grateful for this, as it was a very cold morning. The rooms have obviously been recently refurbished will a minimalist flavour. Clean and tidy, with a great little kitchenette, comfortable beds (electric blankets) and a heat pump. Some of the best coffee I’ve ever had (C4 Coffee Company) is just a two minute walk around the corner. A very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Christchurch.

   A fab little motel. We stayed for the weekend. Late check-in was accommodated as our flight arrived late. The room was immaculate with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's central and an easy walk to most places but was quiet and safe. Uber is easy to catch if you're not up to walking as well. Lovely cafes within a couple minutes ( literally around the corner) so breakfast was sorted. Loved our stay and will be back.

   Room is spacious. Everything is clean and tidy. Great location. Full kitchenwares. Owner is very kind and friendly. As my schedule changed so I decided to checkout 1 day earlier. I just asked without expectation for the refund but the owner did refund 100% of 1 night to me.

   I did not expect that. Huge room with kitchen for cooking. I am definitely come down to Christchurch for my next holiday and stay here for sure. I would give you 5 plus. Even good friends of mine came to visit. They were like how much. I told them the price but huge room. Good right. I am absolutely loved it. The owner is so friendly too

   I stayed mid-week at C-Motel and really liked the motel apartment. It was spacious and clean. Reasonably close to the CBD (about 10-15 minute walk). Has a Liquorland within a couple of minutes walk. Some great restaurants and cafes within 10-15 minutes walk. Raymond who owns the place is very helpful and friendly. Great nightly rates. Free parking.

   Excellent stay at this centrally located motel. Raymond was very friendly, and provided great service. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable and great value for money. They even have an EV charger now and we were the first to use it! Thanks Raymond!
