   I just bought a Surtees Bar Crusher from Graham & the team at Bay Marine in Aug 2025. Pre, during and post sale service has been great. Particularly from the workshop team! when we took the boat away and ran her out for the first time, the engine battery was flat and one of the rod holders was still broken (which they said they'd fix pre sale and is the only reason i've dropped 1 star off as we had these discussions a couple of times). I dropped them an email after taking the boat out and 48 hours later the battery is replaced and the rod holder fixed, I didn't even have to take the boat to them, they went to the boat down at the dry stack. Great service from the workshop team. The boat runs well and I'm looking forward to summer!

   Awesome service, right on Christmas break my gearchange lever found to be very stiff.Well as a retired automotive mechanic do I try to be clever or leave to the agents,and how clad I was that I did, as fault could have been any number of things some requiring large jobs, but accurate diagnosis and a very reasonable account made me extremely thankfully once again ,same as my last visit. Thanks to Wayne and the team . Yes Peter a 4stroke would be nice ,maybe next time.

   Was in a situation with the bearings blown on my trailer and stuck just outside tauranga. Got a tow to bay marine and they were very very good at storing my boat till the next day until repairs could be done. The customer service was amazing thanks again.

   Dont deserve 1 star but it doesn't have a negative rating! Emailing back and forth. Specifically asked about condition of the hull. Was told great condition 9/10. No damage. Only a little fading which can be polished out" this is a quote from there email. Drove down to purchase. 6hrs driving to find out the hull was completely damaged down the entire length with numerous poor repairs all over it. Complete waste of time. Absolute lies. Disgusted. Beware
