Very relaxing cafe. Staff were very friendly. Service was quick, we barely sat down before they were bringing over our drinks and slice.
Pleasantly suprised by the quality of the coffee when we stopped in on the way back north. Also had a toastie which was freshly made and perfectly toasted, would recommend!
This is one of the best cafes in Hamilton. Top quality ingredients used, homemade food, which is absolutely delicious. Very friendly efficient staff. Wait for food was minimal. Menu options and cabinet food are available. Good range of both hot n cold beverages. Detox smoothie was amazing! Portion sizes are large. Price is a little high, but well worth. Highly recommend Granola dish, which came with blueberries, strawberries, and banana. It was yum! Hubbie recommends seafood salad.
We had a great breakfast there.
I often forget about this place as it’s inside a garden centre. Lovely food, great coffee and awesome service. Nice place to go if you want to chat as the tables are spaced well apart in the outside area (covered area) we had the croissant and toasted sandwich, both were great
Always a lovely place to have lunch then wander around the garxen centre and shop. I had toasted sandwhich - good price and nice but the cheese was 1 or 2 slices of orange processed cheese - this is something I wouldn't buy and eat myself so was disappointed - I know prices are high - the meal wasn't too expensive but I would like proper cheese
I ordered a single shot americano coffee and asked for a tiny amount of milk only to find that I was going to be charged $1 for about 20mls of milk. Doing the sums, as I only wanted 50% of the usual amount of coffee (for which I was as happy to pay $4.50) you would have thought that when I objected to paying $1 for a tiny amount of milk, the assistant (who may have been the owner) would have had the commercial sense to waive the milk charge. Not so! But then again when this business changed hands the new owners (which may or may not be the current owners) refused to honour the previous coffee card even though the business had not changed its identity. Needless to say, neither I nor the ladies behind me in the queue, who were listening with interest, will be going there again as I was able to tell them the names of other local cafes that did not charge for milk
Very bad experience, we waited for more than one and half hours to get our meals. I know it's a busy mother's day, but you should let customer know the waiting time when people are placing the order. Pretty much the whole afternoon have been ruined.
