Had a bit of trouble first time when code didn’t work, very helpful person from help line got us in. Facility tidy and clean and looks very secure.
Always our go too place when we need extra storage space. Units are always clean, dry, insect and rodent free. Good customer service and their pricing is very competitive.

Dealing with national storage has been a great experience. All the staff have been extremely polite and helpful. It's rare these days to get such good service. We are using it to store our trailer and sports wheelchairs for wheelchair basketball. We are also very grateful to qualify for the community charitable discount. Thanks team.

Storage unit itself is fine, pricing is fine. Not a fan of been sent false emails saying I owe four times the amount on my unit or receiving text and emails threating to cut open my unit and sell my possessions..
Good team of nice helpful people contact was Good everything was good. I sat in the office for 10 minutes and watched 1 of the staff a young lady deal with a grumpy customer. She handled it so well. She handled it very well. A good team
