   I highly recommend the Allied Pickfords. I .ove my possessions from Gold Coadt to Te Kuiti. The crew in Australia were amazing, however the guys, Michael, Tyrese and Johan, that dropped the possessions off to my home in Te Kuiti were a true credit to the company. They were extremely polite, very careful entering my home with 69 cartons and furniture. They were punctual and didn't leave a mess. Thank you management for employing exceptional men.

   The team did a great job however when our invoice didn't align with the hours worked and we questioned it Todd the owner he lost his rag with us. He refused to change the invoice and in the end we gave up being abused. Definitely would not recommend using this company. Todd was rude, aggressive and extremely un-professional, a very disappointing outcome to a simple question.

   My husband and I employed the services of Allied Pickford to move addresses. We found them to be very professional, polite and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble including a big workbench that my husband made for his workshop which weighed a ton lol. We would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

   Allied Pickford's Hamilton branch did an awesome job moving our furniture from storage to our new home. The 3 guys turned up on time and were professional and good humored. There were no damages and they placed everything exactly where I told them. They even managed to lift a 3 seater couch over a 2nd storey balcony as there was no other way to get it in the house. Customer service was good, no hidden costs etc. Thanks guys, would highly recommend.

   I am so disappointed that I didn't read the reviews before booking my move. The Hamilton branch were appalling. Cartons not labelled or they used recycled boxes so no idea what goes where. Antique mahogany buffet was dropped and clawfoot broken. The packers were unprofessional, the customer service non-existent. Items have been scratched or damaged, some items are lost. There were no lifting or transporting aides so literally furniture was being carried by one person. TV's were not wrapped or boxed, it just goes on. I have emailed the national managers concerned and they clearly see no issue which speaks to the culture of this company. There is no accountability and zero customer service. I was informed that I would receive a call before the day of packing and moving, never heard from anyone. I chased two times and still heard nothing. On the day they arrived late as they had another job, well it's hardly late I said as I didn't know what time to expect you in the first place. They left items unpacked in the old house and I took photo's of what wasn't packed and received an email saying 'that's not a lot'. Clearly there is an acceptable amount of property than can be left. I was told that there was more than was quoted for, well I can assure you no furniture was hidden or brought in, so complete joke when it came to assessing the shift. For god sake do yourself a favour and don't use this company.

   I am disgusted with my experience with the Hamilton Movers. EVERYTHING is either scratched , dented, or chipped. I asked for international packing and was told I would not need it. Yeah right! I had two containers and I had to leave stuff behind because it wouldn't fit and then when it arrived there was someone else's stuff in my container. Allied didn't want to know. Would NEVER use these guys again. I didnt contact Hamilton because I contacted the head office and the guys told me I legally have 14 days to complain. Your reviews say it all. In 20 years of constantly moving I have never had one thing broken until I employed you. And your response is pathetic.
