For service, moving can be stressful ,but the staff at Storage King makes shifting and relocating so easy and they are ever so helpful, they go above and beyond to help where needed, nothing was a problem . Made life easy , We really appreciate the help and services offered. The Staff are amazing .
Great help while I was setting up! Got lost on my first drop off, reception called me and send they would come out to show me where the unit was.

I was promised a refund of the packing boxes that I purchased on May 4th. I returned them unused as plans changed. Due to covid, international shipping rates skyrocketed and it was unaffordable to ship our belongings overseas. I was given a huge run around saying that the manager wasn’t in and that they could not refund the money to my debit/credit card as the parent company is in Australia. This still baffles me because they were able to take my payment… a refund should be simple. Then a week or so later the manager called, apologised and said I could bring in the boxes and it would take several weeks but I would get a refund to my bank account, directly. I brought the boxes in, provided my NZ bank info and said I was moving overseas the following week. It is now over 3 months since I was told I would be refunded. This is theft.
