Like many others have noted, absolutely shocking, horrendous customer service. Needed a replacement seal (a simple rubber o-ring) for pop-up basin and was advised that I need to purchase the whole unit or see an o-ring specialist. How this business is still around is beyond me.
Shocking customer service. New shower mixer was faulty, still trying to get it fixed for weeks. It appears that they couldn’t give a hoot as far as helping with dangerous fluctuating temperature and pressure fitting and no response to several desperate requests to have it fixed. Definitely won’t be buying any more Greens fittings as they give a warranty but have no intention of honouring it. Very disappointing and frustrating.
Purchased a green tap Lux and spoke with customer support about our broken handle who advised they will send out a part.When first installing the tap had a missing part when the plumber installed the tap that flooded the kitchen that was newly installed. The tap handle Still hasn’t turned up!! Went back to the supplier who made the contact to get the part which arrived a week later but it was in Chrome as opposed to Gunmetal grey. So we still are no closer to the issue resolved for a product that would be considered upper end due to the cost you pay. Rubbish service with no eye to detail before sending a product that would be on file. Considering our option to another tapware product that actually has good after sale service with eye to detail.
Absolutely phenomenal customer support, I purchased a beautiful mixer from greens tapware and had a bodgy installation from a plumber I hired which caused it to have really low flow rate, got in contact with Chris from their support page and he troubleshooted all possible areas which may be causing it. After exhausting all our options he sent me an identical mixer and a plumber to install it. Absolute legend!

Used to be a decent company but since being liquidated and subsequently taken over, the service levels have gone to the dogs. No one answers the phone now and as an ex-rep, I still get calls from both plumbing and building merchants 10 YEARS AFTER leaving Greens. Obviously the reps have not been doing their job since I left. It is all pretty looking but no longer of substance. Can't even claim to be NZ company now since everything is made in China. At least they used to be partly assembled in NZ and was still a solid engineering NZ company back then. Now, it's a real dive which is really sad.
I bought only Greens mixer tapware for a new house after specifically looking for AUS/NZ products. I liked the design and they worked well. But, several taps lost their plastic red/blue screw hole covers. And because they used an uncommon M12 thread on basin and sink mixers, you can only buy replacement flexible hoses from Greens for at least AUD38.- per hose, i.e. minimum AUD76.- per tap to replace the hose connections every 10 years. I don't mind paying a bit more for quality, but this is 5 times the price of a standard M10 flexible hose. Sadly I will get rid of Greens tapware to replace with something that is servicable at a reasonable cost.
