   Got served by Matthew today. Incredible server was very quick at getting the food and the food was incredibly yummy with the chips perfectly salted. When he was serving he had a smile on his face the whole time and was very friendly and helpful. 100/10

   Terrible customer service 1 kiosk was not connecting to the eftpos machine on a busy night but they ignored me when I told them, I then waited 20 mins for a quarter pack, while I ate I watched countless people try to use the same kiosk and they also told the staff. I then suggested as I left they should put an out of order sign on it and they said oh it’s not working? I also watched one of the staff literally shoo a young boy away to wait to use the other kiosk instead of serving him at he till, absolutely disgusting service guys

   Just ordered 20 peices of chicken and some fries, literally 10 peices of dry oily centre breast peices , cold fries and absolutely no flavour.. i think people forget we are actually paying hard earned money for this. Very dissatisfied. Edit, reading through the reviews this is normal is headoffice/owner going to do anything ?

   Stuffed up my take away order some pieces missing.. said i could drive back and get them for free.. they are not free i paid for them and now have to waste my petrol going back…the chicken i did get was so bad.. really dry and cold.. chips were mushy and old… asked for extra seasoning but got none.. staff can barely speak english so couldnt understand what i was trying to say when i rung…. just terrible all round will never go back

   Absolutely rank tbe chicken wasn't crispy the batter was gooey called to speak about it was told to go on lune then received a automated appology and a free regular fries . Think tbe family meal cost $63 but regular fries thats all good north island KFC is by far better than any south island one we have attended.

   I ordered a bucket of 10 pieces of hot and spice (paid $4 extra) with online order app. Then found out all 10 pieces were all orignal!!!!!! Sure it is a busy time at 6pm but how could you make such a simple mistake by not looking at the screen in front of you said 10 pieces of HOT and SPICE!!!!!!! So i had to drive all the way back and get it swapped... They said the wait time is going to be 30 minutes, so i had to wait for another 30 minutes to get what was orignally ordered!!!!!! Seriously, KFC, you need to up your standard about training your staff!!!!!! No apology and no nothing from their staff at all!!!!!! Just waste of time!!!!!!

   Where is my mash and gravy? They missed to putting some items for your delivery and never answering the phone. So be careful if you don't want to lose your money and better go for pick up, check your bag if it's everything's there.

   As much as friend and family has told us that Hornby KFC is the worst place ever, service and food wise are horrible. Very slow service even though there is no cars. One of our orders is a 3 piece quarter pack combo and instead of getting 3 pieces of chicken we got one, chips are cold and when we order a zinger burger combo, we were told they don’t do the zinger burgers as they are not much staff. Never ever again.

   If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered dinner for my family to be delivered and the delivery was wrong. We immediately contacted the driver who did not know what to do about it after 37 unanswered calls to the branch I drove in. What an unhelpful bunch. The manager was just as bad, trying to give me a small mash and gravy for my time. My order was over $100 Its now an hour and a half later, I've paid for delivery and now had to drive in.and they want to give me a mash for the inconvenience. All this before I start a night shift. I'm angry.
