It’s our 3rd catering with Chef Astig and we can’t find a fault to all of their dishes. The menu was impressive, offering a wide choice of dishes that cater to every plate. The finger food & mains with a free brownies are delicious! I just wanted to reaffirm how awesome and delicious these guys are. Not only are they a good restaurant to eat at. They also do amazing catering! We ordered a few platters for our wedding reception and it was one of the cheapest and best value catering platters we had! This is hands down the best and most authentic Filipino restaurant in Christchurch.

I ordered the pork liempo on Uber Eats, no regrets. The pork tasted as divine as it smelled and there was a good amount of it, and I don't know what they dressed the salad with but it was OMG good and quite different. This has to be the best Filipino food I've had.

We took them on board as we wanted to have our catering with a unique style and not just typical Filipino wedding dishes. Me and my husband would always come here after church service for a lunch meal. Their beef pares and buffalo chicken is superb! And it always give us a home feels of Philippines every time we visit their restaurant.
Chef Astig definitely nailed our food during our wedding. They catered our canapé, dessert and mains (unfortunately not in the photo). Chef and ate MJ was very professional and easy to approach. They will assist you according to your budget and style. The service was very smooth and they even offered to assist us during the event. Chef Astig has exceeded my expectations. I really recommend them for your special event! Astig talaga!
