   The barista made us some great coffees, she even put it in our own cup so we can drink it later. Food was freshly made 'for a McDonald's' and was good. Place was clean.

   Compared with other McDonald’s, it’s marginal at best. The food is remarkably average in both taste and presentation. Every possible surface feels like it has a layer of grim. The toilets feel like they are cleaned twice yearly. Baffling.

   We went for an after dinner treat and ordered through the self service kiosk. It was easy to use and we had the option of vanilla or chocolate soft serve icecream. The two plain icecreams were quite large. The two chocolate covered icecreams which were more expensive were a little smaller although they did come with waffle cones. For $10.20 the price was pretty good for what we got as we could’ve bought 1 icecream sundae for $11 where we had dinner!

   Always a great experience at the Merivale McDonald’s! The staff are friendly and efficient, and orders come out hot and fresh every time. The place is well kept and has plenty of seating, making it comfortable even when it’s busy. Drive-thru service is quick and accurate, and parking is easy. One of the best McDonald’s locations around—consistent quality and great service.

   This is where they throw your McStuff together super fast, but it suffers as a result. Open the box to a burger that looks like it’s been dropped!

   First lady was so lovely and food was good, but the lady that brought us our coffee was obviously in a rush and slammed our coffee on the table that some spilt on the table, never said sorry or anything, just left. But the first lady was absolutely lovely

   I can see why I'm not a Macdonalds fan.I had a meeting to attend near here, so I popped in for a coffee and something to eat as a few years back it used to be a buzzing place. They used to have muffins and other assortments of food and descent coffee in real cups, but it's all gone, and now a big empty space. The ordering system is confusing, putting what you order in a machine and paying..... Well, it wouldn't accept my card, so I went up to the counter only to be told in a very blunt manner that I should use the machine. I tried to explain, but it fell on deaf ears. Young people have no manners or respect these days. Eventually, I got my burger, which consisted of a soggy bun with the tiniest "bit" (for want of a better word in it) of bacon and other fillings. Not at all tasty and hardly a snack, let alone a meal as advertised. Shame on you Macdonalds on what you serve up as food (I should have taken a pic). It was in the lunch hour when I and 2 friends were there but the place had very few diners .. a good indication of what others think of the menu!! ... Next time I'm looking for somewhere, it won't be a Macdonalds for sure!!

   Seared chicken wrap, Big Mac, large fries, medium fudge sundae, came to $28! Wrap was good, Luke warm though. The Big Mac contained meat, cheese, sauce and two slices of gherkin. Did not look like the photos. I asked the young man to put more fries in before I left because they were half full. 6:45pm rainy Friday, not very busy. Staff very nice & order ready quickly.
