Where to begin. Room itself is in desperate need of renovating. Massive hole behind the main door knob. Cobwebs everywhere. Power points don’t work and almost falling off the wall. Dirt clogged in the sink. To top off the bad experience, the customer service was appalling! Was charged an extra sum of $100 after checkout and when I called up to inquire about this I was told that when they checked the room they were unable to find a towel and the tv remote. Upon checking in our luggage, I did find the towel which I apologised for as we had mistakenly mixed it up with our luggage however I told him that we did not take the remote and told him to check again which he finally did with reluctance . Once he located the remote he did not apologise and proceeded to tell me that this was a lesson that I should have learnt (whatever that meant). When I answered back he told me I talked too much and hung up the phone on me. Would NEVER stay at this place again and would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here due to total lack of unprofessionalism!!

Wasn't cleaned in a week. Rubbish not gotten rid of. Never at reception, though I left early, when I came back they weren't there either. Ran out of toilet paper couldn't get hold of them. Front bell didnt work. Lipstick on the cup. Over all it wasn't a great stay. I was told that if I needed anything at the end of my stay to ask for what I needed. Thy were nice people but not clean at all.

Checked my family of 4 into a 'junior suite' at city Worcester motels in winter . We were given an electric heater with a broken base foot that emitted electric sparks from the bottom. This therefore left us with no heating, not good when the kitchen window had a broken catch and could not be fully closed. Worn and exposed wires on my children's electric blanket plugs. Went to cook dinner but the oven had no shelves nor any suitable oven cookware. An empty smoke alarm base on the living area ceiling and several plug sockets throughout that didn't even work. Given all this the more minor issues of a family booking of 4 being provided with only one small roll of toilet paper which we embrassingly had to ask for more the next morning, being given only 3 towels and having to push the light bulb in before the bathroom light worked paled into insignificance. This was all pointed out to ' the on duty person' who simply told us 'we could complain to management ' but gave us no direction on how or the process to do this. The room was clean and the hot water was very hot.

Never anybody at the office. Room was old and mouldy needed a good clean! Other patrons had people turning up at all hours of the night banging on doors vomiting on the stairs to our room. I do not reccomend this motel at all. Parking was very tight and with strangers turning up at 3.00am your car is always in danger of being hit.

Budget price room, nothing flash but clean and comfortable. Parking available on site. It was quite noisy due to traffic and sirens but not the motels fault , just a location issue. We would use this place again purely because of the price and cleanliness.
