I visited this studio for the first time this week and felt quite uncomfortable with my interaction with the owner. After arriving I started explaining that I wanted to change my hair. She cut my sentence saying she was too busy (while the space was totally empty at the time). I was a bit confused but said I understood and asked when she would have a time for an appointment. She start moving towards the computer to check it but than stopped and said she was booked everyday, in every hour, for the next 3 months. I didn't say anything and she continued saying that actually she was not accepting any new costumers, because it's just her on the saloon and she was too busy with her current costumers and it wouldn't work for me to come after the 3 months as well cause than she would be busy again, so I left. Maybe she is actually quite busy but the way she spoke made me feel quite uncomfortable and not wanted as a costumer.
