Average hair cut, very poor mask hygiene/infection control, colour job was awful and had to go back. Requested a natural cool, creamy blond and went home patchy and orange! Not what I asked for at all and pretty amateur. Not a good atmosphere between staff and trainees. Will never go back.
Very disappointed experience. I showed the staff to do the style like picture 4 balayage.After nearly 6 hours work, the result turned out as picture 123. It’s totally different color compared with what I showed to the staff and not balayage at all. And the staff charged me more than extra 100nzd than website prices（Deluxe balayage package）I won’t go anymore.
Very disappointed with the job they've done on my hair. I requested Balayage and I ended with my hair like this. As I was not happy with it they did not charge me and they apologized. They also offered me to fix it as well. But not trust them anymore.
