I'm always a bit anxious trying different salons but my normal stylist at a different salon was booked until Feb! I couldn't wait and was so suprised but skeptical being able to book my cut and color in on a whim and have it done today. I saw Natasha and she did an amazing job, I absolutely love my hair and I will for sure be back
Got my hair done a few weeks ago. I had come in for a balayage and showed inspo for what I wanted but unfortunately had left with what looks like highlights from the roots and brassy. Me being a people pleaser I left it as it is. The team on the other hand were very lovely and welcoming.
Kara has done an absolutely amazing job! I left feeling a million bucks I love my new hair cut :)) also the girl who washed shampooed my hair was also so sweet and did a great job! Thank you Vivo Howick
Friendly staff, kind caring and listen to my concerns and needs. Great tea all served with a smile. Experienced staff. TRACY is very experienced and get 10/10 for her colouring skills. Traveled 40min and was worth while.
Amazing experience with Annie. She took time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Appreciate the care and attention to detail everytime I visit Vivo Howick. Best of all, the delicious coffee and treats as you are welcomed into the salon.
This team is AWESOME. I get my hair dyed into a mukticolor d rainbow - aside from that I don't go to hairdressers. I'm not super chatty and get anxious and it's just unpleasant for us all. But this was an amazing experience - they kept me in coffee,didn't push me to chat, did a fantastic job of my rainbow AND showed me how to style it in a way I can actually do! Highly recommend this team!!
Bought a GrabOne coupon but they started adding a lot of additional charges, so end up paying what I would have paid any other hair salon. Worst part is that with these coupons, they give you the less experienced hairdresser. The colour was uneven. I asked for an ashy blonde and end up with an ugly orange color. They offered the redo but in the process they damaged my hair. The first time around I paid extra treatment to prevent my hair from getting damaged, but my hair still ended up brittle and extremely dry. I have used the treatment that they sold me which has been useless so far. I emailed their customer service abou the damaged caused to my hair and they just ignored me. So stay away from all Vivo salons, they just want your money.
Brianna is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet and very talented. Went in not knowing really what I wanted. She talked me through some ideas and I left so happy with the results. Highly recommended Brianna
Kelly was an absolute sweetheart! It was my first time in the salon and looking for a new hairdresser can be scary however Kelly was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing. My hair came out amazing and she did such a good job with my hair. I almost started crying because she perfected it exactly how I envisioned it. Thank you Kelly!
