Firstly, the location is great for travellers. It is very near central or town centre. Cleanliness is a concern for us. The top cover is stained. The bedsheet does not look change. There was a bug that jumped out of bed. The room needs a makeover from the aging furniture. Toilet flush needs to be repaired. The high rating in Agoda needs to be reviewed again.

First time I booked it, it was suddenly cancelled. Had to rebook another hotel- very troublesome. Now in the hotel, WiFi super slow, I can't even watch videos without lag. Extreme lag. Room was not nice I stayed in room 8. Very different from pictures. Bedsheets dirty and small toilets. Not a 4* hotel, definitely 1*/2* don't stay here.

Didn't even end up staying - left and found another motel. As soon as we walked into the room, it stunk. Photos on website nothing like rooms, very run down and dirty. Smoke alarm about to fall off ceiling. Windows covered in dirt and handprints, skirting boards covered in filth, floor hadn't been vaccumed. Leather chairs had dried liquids on them, duvet covers stained (didn't even risk looking under them). Hole in the bedroom door, mold in the bathroom. Unpleasant wouldn't recommend

We stayed in the three room family apartment. It was very clean, modern, and well set out, with a TV in each room, and a large and functional bathroom. Super comfortable beds! Close to the city and very reasonably priced, this was the best accommodation on this quick trip around the south island.

Stayed one night for work, rooms are clean and comfortable and beds were firm and nicely dressed. No issues with other neighbours, staff were helpful and polite. Would recommend as all units are on the flat and car parking is available at door. It is also quite close to restaurants etc. would stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent. Very thoughtful staff,we arrived at 1am on a Sunday and aircon was on to warm room for our arrival. There were fresh roses on spa. Bed and pillows all great. Everything clean and lovely. A1

It's a nice unit with nice little touches. However, there were cobwebs above the bed, in the corner of the walk way going into the spa tub area and it looked like no one had moved the sofa to vacuum behind it, which you could see the dirt / dust behind the sofa as it sits at angle when you walk into the spa / bathroom area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, nice and central and close to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately our room (spa room) had a very musty damp smell. We were told on arrival that the carpet around the spa had been wet and was drying, and we had a dehumidifier in the room. It didn’t really help the damp smell it had despite running this most of our two night stay. We also had some sort of animal scratching in the ceiling at night. The place was clean, staff friendly, and location was good. I think there may be families living here full time (assisted housing) as there were cars with loud music some nights which wasn’t great.

Pros.....close to central city, manager was very helpful and friendly. Cons....when we arrived, the cleaner was walking in and out of the units with bare feet, no shoes on at all, curtains in lounge had big holes and tears in them, kitchen cupboard doors were falling off and all crooked, there were hairs in the wash basin and on the bathroom floor, shower has mould, electric blanket on one bed wouldn’t work so we stripped the bed to find it was all bunched up and folded over which was a fire hazard, there were hairs in the bed under the sheets, beds weren’t vacuumed under and lots of debris there, lounge net curtains were about 12inches too long and dragging on the floor, drapes looked like they were hung up by a 5year old and the list goes on.

Beautiful motel, absolutely loved our Christchurch getaway stay here. All the rooms are nicely furnished and have an elegant look.and setup. The lady at reception is very nice and bubbly and helped us with our queries and also suggested the places to see in Christchurch. Minimum to none road noise overnight and air-conditioned units. Room service does their jobs nicely too. We didn't receive the $35 refund which we were told will receive for staying for 2 nights or more yet. Hoping this will be rectified in due time. Nice and good quality appliances and utensils. Cooking facilities available. Outdoor BBQ area available too. Complimentary toiletries available. Overall lovely place. Great Central location.
