    Booked a trailer for 1pm the day before we needed it were told it was fine. These people in order to make an extra buck rented the last trailer out at 11 for 5 hours. Lo and behold, no trailer for us and now we're stck. Useless people. Do not rent from them.

    Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. However there is one young indian male staff member that could do with some customer service training. He never replies if you greet him. Quite arrogant and rude. No thank you nothing. I asked him if he was oK the other day but nothing just totally ignored me. If it wasn't for the other pleasant staff members I'm sure I wouldn't go back there.

    Terrible! Guy told me no oil which worried me went around back to mechanic ,oil was full ! Guy in service station needs educating

    I love the caltex app, plus this petrol station is a little cheaper per ltr than most. Once you add the discount on top, it's even cheaper. I love the fact that you can stack your discounts for later use because I travel.

    It says they open until 11pm but at 10.20 when I went, they said they were closed. Bit of false advertising. How are people meant to know what time you close if Google says one time and the guys there say another
