Poor service, rude lady at reception . I have been a customer with Mobil for 9 years and this is the first terrible experience..just went to caltex and got fuel there
Spent over $160 on fuel, asked at the counter to use the washroomโwas told there are no toilet facilities available. Disappointing
Used this station as next nearest to my usual Te Rapa Mobil, which was closed for an upgrade of all pumps. In the time it took to drive from Te Rapa Rd to Avalon drive the price increased from 5 times confirmed recently on Gaspy by 3 cents per litre. This was mid afternoon weekday. I was lucky to have a large discount on my Smiles Card but their price was already 5 cents dearer than Te Rapa so the increase made it 8 cents dearer.
Staff was quite rude when I just asked them simple questions. And there was also no toilet to use which is very common at most fuel stations. Sad to see as this would make the gas station much more accessible and bring in customers.
I went here today like I do 3 times a week to fill my car not put 20 bucks in so when I pulled up and got told I can't fill my car the pumps are on prepay despite me saying I'll leave my wallet with the person at the counter as it had the cash I was going to pay with inside along with other cards and licenses yet got told that the pumps are prepay only so I can't fill my tank unless I pay first that's a joke when I've been here 3 times a week for the past 2 months and had no issues except when some old indian guys in-charge the round indian fullah always lets me do it he was getting to the pointt he knew my car I didn't even have to go in and ask and now you messed that up good one

Went and asked for help with the air pump as I hadnโt used a manual one before and wasnโt sure how to do it. Guy on counter said that it wasnโt something they did and refused to help. Couldnโt figure it out and another customer came to help. Went to another petrol station with a newer air pump and realised it hadnโt pumped correctly. I donโt know if it was broken but this could have been avoided with a little customer service. Things like that are also safety issues. It wasnโt like we hadnโt purchased anything in the store either! Very unhappy.
Wonderful , friendly local garage . I go to everytime I need gas . Has nice hot coffee and selection of pies and other savory & sandwiches if you're hungry and need something fast . Good service overall and shop has everything I need
