I was most impressed with the service I recently received FROM PLUMB IT when in need of a Plumber from both Greg and Matt. I have no hesitation in recommending PLUMB IT to any of my friends and colleagues.
Only interested in maintenance contracts — not worth your time. I reached out for a straightforward LPG job on a shipping container home build — supply and connecting a califont and hob to a changeover regulator. Once they realized I wasn’t one of their regular property maintenance clients, I was quickly brushed off with a “we’re too busy for 6–7 weeks” excuse. No quote. No site visit. No real attempt to help. They said they’d pass my details to another gas fitter — but that never happened. No follow-up, no contact, nothing. Clearly, they’ve got all the work they need and aren’t interested in on-going new tiny home builds. If you’re looking for reliable support, don’t waste your time here — they clearly don’t mind wasting yours.
