Booked on booking.com to stay 1 night with my daughter, and safe to say we wont be returning. The room was dirty, a plug looked like it had caught fire, marks and stuff splattered on the walls in the bedroom and lounge. Shower pressure was non existant, dribbled out. Asked for wifi password but it didnt work. No electric blanket on the beds as stated they were in every room, alon with a hair dryer that also wasnt there. Would definly not recommemd

This has to be the worst place we have ever stayed in, last minute trip so we booked through booking.com the pictures made it seem nice however looks can be deceiving. We got in very late at night and were tired didnt really take much notice of the state of the room until the next morning when we realized there was black mould all through the bathroom the paint was crack and falling off, roof was in a state that we questioned if it was safe, there was no coffee cups, no complimentary milk that you normally get when you arrive paying for a service such as a motel, they did provide some coffee, tea bags and some sugar. The shower didnt work it literally dribbled to the floor and they had punched bigger holes in the shower nozzle instead of replacing it. When we went to the front desk to complain about unit 4 the lady was lovely however she blamed booking.com for renting the room as it should have never been booked out and had stated that a repair person was there that day we arrived to look at it, if this was the case they should have told us upon arrival and we would have left as our son is asthmatic and it is dangerous for him to be in conditions like that. They charged us $157.80 for the night and luckily refunded us the rest as we were not going to stay a minute longer. Would never ever return i still feel dirty from being in that place

This is what I wrote on Booking.com: Upon arrival, there was a chair outside the room which had a big blob of bird poo on it... that was not a great first impression. There were a lot of maintenance issues... things seem to be falling apart, needed repainting, freezer in the small fridge froze our salad items (we lost $15 worth of veges)... There were areas where the rooms needed cleaning... black marks on the walls, mold in the corner, fridge dirty, kitchen cupboards had liquid marks running down them, appliances dirty (still had old cheese in the grill)... The conditions of the room made it feel dirty. The shower was low pressure. The room got serviced every day, yet the toilet paper was not topped up. Beds were made (kind of), but the rooms were not vacuumed (small rooms). Requested parking outside our room before coming down (which was granted)... the last night we were there, another car was parked in front of our room (maybe put a reserved sign for a particular room for parking). Outside the window, was stone & weeds... amongst it, all was rubbish including razors, old timber, table... not a pleasant sight. The outside door, rattles in the wind... has 3 locks, only 2 work, and the sign made it feel 'is this safe?'

Really nice two bedrooms apartment. Big fridge, microwave, dining table and tea table with a comfortable couch. The bathroom is suitable for people on wheel chairs. The cost is pretty good for what you get. If you are on ground level, you can hear the people running upstairs, that's sad because it can be annoying if continues for too long. Otherwise it's all good.

Just phoned up on the day, they had availability. Stayed 2 nights, as I didn't book through a booking site, $100.00 bond was required, which you get back, if no damage has been done. Shower had great pressure. The walls could of done with more sound proofing. Off a busy road, it wasn't too bad. Wifi done through voucher.

We booked a deluxe room. No way was it deluxe. There were no plinths over the sliding doors the wardrobe door kept falling of , the ceiling has a big patch. The tv remote works randomly and the shower just dribbled. I could go on but I'm not, it's about letting people know the truth. Photos dont always paint a good picture. We accepted it for what it was. Great location, used it as a base to come back to. Staff were lovely

booked for their shared toilet, double bed room, very nice host, very helpful and generous. Room are small but clean, the room doesn't come with toilet or shower so I have to get our from my room to the bathroom and locking my door on the way. But considering the price it's a nice choice. Though people who prefer less noise shouldn't choose this, as in the door are a bit loud. But I still give it a 10 for its kind service.
